Alaskan Verses - Sonnet # 5

These unkown seas, here with the fisherman
At the Bering Sea, America and Asia is so close
To be a fisherman, you have to be strong and wise
and the sea offers much things to Alaskan men

We only see the water arond us
whose the waters offers all the seafood
and all the storms that we have stood
Underwater is all the seafood that feed us

Thor, Don't bring any storms during the trip
For several months, we've seen our wives and children
and we've been spending the time fishing on board this ship

Our lives are fragile and precious
Beacuse we can't be beaten
I didn't wash Thor was furious
